the reinstatement to my studio is almost complete. they are not on schedule as it was supposed to be done by today. anyway, we're reasonable people and don't want to make an issue of it. going by the way contractors work, i think it's already a miracle that they've kept most things on time.

our last contractors were people that should be pulped to the ground if ever there was a chance. the present ones working on our studios are the building's main contractors who are doing the major retrofitting in our shopping complex.
so, they are professional enough and all the raw materials are already on the premises. cool eh? imagine not having the need to order ceiling boards, rockwool, or even paint, because our ceiling's painted in the same grey tone they're using for the lobby of the building. when they asked if we're okay with it, we were agreeable. i mean, come on, what's there to argue even if we're a tone off. i cannot understand how people can be so fussy.  i hope we don't look like pushovers though, lol!
